Players might face many challenges in this competitive world and most of the players deal with financial issues and drugs. Some players believed can got any extent to win the competition and believed that consuming steroids or drugs will increase performance. There were times that most of the MLB players believed that consuming performance-enhance drugs would make them offensive throughout the game. Some players responded that their coaches are giving drugs or steroids without telling them, but it may unethical because professional players should know what they are taking and must be responsible for rule breaking. Once players get used to winning then they will be ready to do anything like consuming performance-enhance drugs.
MLB banned this performance-enhance drug and wanted to give chance to true players and avoid unethical sportive nature. Previously, MLB failed to implement testing policy PED, and this will impact the other players who are trying to win with true talent. Later, in 2003 MLB implemented testing policy and suspended players who are consuming drugs. Sports is all about proving ability and skills in an ethical way even if some players consume steroids, they might have chance to improve their skills and ability but not in a realistic manner and it will affect other players in the team. There are some situations like players may feel little offensive of not winning the game and these players will be ready to take drugs or steroids to enhance the performance. The unethical actions promoted by some player may trigger focus of other team members which may lead them to follow the same direction into unethical actions. Competitive spirit of winning the game results in 80% of players consuming performance enhance drug. Players who may not use steroids have chance to perform less when compared to players who are taking drug, and this might drive them to consume drugs for improving performance.
