Strategic management is typically carried out by administrators at the higher or senior level, their primary goal is to maximize the business of the company and set a path for the organization's future (Naveen & Anish, 2019). As the name suggests, plans are made and decisions are reached to fulfill the goals and objectives of the organization. This management process encompasses activities such as evaluating, monitoring, determining objectives and constraints, and the idea of strategic management is used as a framework to define the organization's future and its long-term results.

Operational management is alluded to as a service center for the company. Operations Management takes charge of tasks that help to prepare, create and enhance by translating and utilizing accessible inputs such as knowledge, resources, personnel, finance, etc to accomplish outcomes that are objectives, items, goods, facilities, etc., mostly by activities of management such as preparation, control, design, and execution (Goloskokov, 2019).

Managerial hierarchical status assures that the tasks are conducted and correctly performed while ensuring consistency and power between the participating persons and the delegated activities or duties (PaperTyari, 2018). Typically, the execution and administration of the regular schedules, the procedures and disclosing them accordingly by the manager to higher management is observed.

The three management layers are interlinked with each other, where strategic management maps out the strategies and strategizes the tasks to be carried out to fulfill the purpose of the organization. Service administration manages and performs the functions necessary to accomplish the targets (Priem, 2018). The administrative structure guarantees that all roles and operations are successfully executed. The three tiers of management hierarchy are thus necessary for the activity of the company of the enterprise in achieving its task.

As an IT specialist, I will use technology to improve productivity by using procedures such as EDP (Enterprise Decision Planning) to guarantee that proper and efficient decisions are made at all three hierarchical levels, using the Enterprise collaboration framework that is commonly used for successful collaboration and communication at all levels by information technology (Knight, Daymond, & Paroutis, 2020). As an IT specialist, I will concentrate on developing new information technology strategies and tools. In the world today, IT is a powerful tool for disseminating information. It has quickly grown in several ways to improve production and growth. I would like to discuss the usage of modern IT tools at all levels

Management hierarchy and describe the benefits at-level. The following helps with new technology and tools:

· Increased efficiency of employees by better results. 

· Increased executive obligation decision-making.

· Decreased management top role in smaller partial affairs. 

· Increase the concentration of organizational objectives, values, tasks and goals for all employees (Priem, 2018). 

Taking all these advantages into account, IT can play a key role in the management systems programming, assessment and administration of an organization.
