The ideas to set up an organization differs from place to place and field to field. The main aim of setting up an organization will be to do business and earn profits. Before setting up an organization the board members should decide which field they have to launch an organization, the location of the organization, government permissions, products to be launched, competitors. The resources should be available, the labor cost should be low, union problem should not be there, transportation of raw material and the finished product should not be costly. The manufacturing machinery should be procured well in time. The machinery should be of good quality, if not regular repairs will escalate the operational cost. Hiring effective employees play a major role in setting up an organization. The HR department should be very attentive in selecting the candidates. They should check their previous employment and the track record of the candidates. If not problems may arise in the future. Some people will give the contract to private organizations to complete the initial formalities. The first structure of the organization should be made. The decision-making should be effective. The organization should decide if it wants to be a private limited company or a public limited company. The vendors and dealers should be appointed. The managerial candidates should be allocated jobs. Each department should be well organized. The organizations should formulate certain rules like code of conduct, code of ethics, transparent policies, all the decisions should be informed to the employees. All the jobs should be completed as planned. After the manufacturing process complete the marketing begins. The management should design strategies for the marketing of the products. If the marketing is good the company will flourish.
