Explain and defend views on the following : Is there anything wrong in offering unauthorized immigrants ‘’ a path to citizenship’’?  Should children brought into the country illegally ever be deported?

I do not see anything wrong with offering unauthorized immigrants a ‘’path to citizenship’’, because that individual might one day have their own family here in the United States.  Moreover, one of their family members might even come into the country as well and might think since he got his citizenship, maybe I can get mine too. Another reason I do not see anything wrong with offering unauthorized immigrants a ‘’path to citizenship’’, is because once they become a citizen and have a child born here, it is much easier to raise their child. Then that person would not have to worry about getting deported. If their families do come to the United States to reunite with them , they can be even more qualified to get citizenship. I don’t think that children brought to the country illegally should ever be deported. My reasoning is DACA (Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals), the children protected by the DACA program were not responsible for immigration into the United States and for their being undocumented. (Shear, Michael D. Deporting Children. 2017.)

Furthermore, why I do not believe children should ever be deported is that they are innocent , their parents are the one who decides for them, and they have to listen to their parents. Also, when they come here illegally, it is chaotic at first. But they will have a world of opportunities here, like just to get an education , they cannot be denied  , and even health care they cannot be denied. Just because of their illegal status . I believe that the children should stay here, and be treated well, just as the kids who are naturalized citizens and the children who are native-born citizens.  The children should be able to work when they are of age just like those children who are citizens , and have equal opportunities just like their counterparts.
