Topic Summary
Information systems had been developed in a much faster way of making the work easy. There are three core concepts for the information system. They are knowledge, information, and data. Solving the problems was not that easy when understanding the process of information. There are many models developed in IS research. A knowledge-based in 1973 was found which is advanced than the other existing models. A joint function that contains the information, data, and knowledge with the iconological equation. Information can be predicted by knowledge. Data and their relationship must be criteria in the interaction between the generated actions. Data can be described in the proposed theory in the measurement of states which will outline the relationship. The relationship between the information and knowledge must be known in order to find the location of knowledge (Liu, Lu, He, Yang, & Niu, 2020).
The effective technology factor which will develop the information technology structure is with successful knowledge deployment. People do not have the basic idea of whether to share the information or not to share the information. When clarity is given by the organization, the employees need to know the importance of sharing the information rather than refusing to share information (Zhang, Wang, & Ma, 2020).
All the organizations are focusing on the specific knowledge rather than just sharing the information as it will be the critical resource that can be shared to others which will upgrade the knowledge in the profession. There are many stages in the life cycle of an organization from birth to growing maturely. There will be a structural change in this phase. The cultural infrastructure of an organization must be taken care of rather than just not focusing on them. The organization must be a hub of knowledge transferring and sharing among the members to direct them in their work which will reach the organizational goals. The employees should increase in the positive approach while sharing the knowledge (Wang,Li, Mei, & Li, 2020).
