1st:

My top two categories were Artistic and Social. I do believe I am artistic when I put in the effort, and I love making arts and crafts by myself or with others. For social it says that I would enjoy teaching, I teach my nephew, who is in the second grade and needs help with homework. What surprised me the most is that when I clicked on what job I would get with little or no experience, that no jobs popped up for me. Also, I went back and pressed Medium Preparation, the first career that showed was a Preschool Teacher, something I hope I am in the future. I explored Preschool Teacher and Self-Enrichment Teacher, they were both my best interest jobs. I believe I would be a best fit in either of these jobs. I love working with children and seeing them happy when they learn something new. Just as stated in the textbook, "If you choose a field that you truly love, one that excites and energizes you, you will be motivated to do the work, to find the patience." (Bingham and Stryker) I believe that either of these jobs will motivate me, because I truly enjoy interacting with children and my job will not feel like a chore to me.

The results I received which relate really well with my personality and strength would be Social and Realistic. According to the book of Career Choices and Changes states “Our Individual characteristics develop early in childhood and continues in a somewhat consistent manner throughout life”(Bingham 38).Ever since I was young I was the shy student in class until I attended middle school and met my English teacher. He teached me how to be more open with others to make new friends. Surprisingly one of the results showed up in my top 3 personality skills as an artistic person in the view of the fact that I stopped drawing and painting pictures since my 10th grade of high school. It grabbed my attention to view the professions that resemble my personality skills and it partly relates to what I am studying for which I am proud of and I get to do what I love most about.
