and actor, Tim Laycock, heads up from Dorset to the Queens Arms, (Elsies), at Cowden Pound for an evening of

songs and music with a West Country flavour. The evening starts at about 8pm and all are welcome.

The Queen''s Arms pub is situated at the Cowden Pound, on the B2026, post code TN8 5NP.

Cowden Film Club TOMORROW (Saturday) Cowden Film Club will be showing Behind the Candelabra (15) (118

mins).

Based on the autobiographical novel, the tempestuous six-year relationship between Liberace and his, much

younger, lover, Scott Thorson, is recounted.

The film will be shown in Cowden Memorial Hall at 7pm.

All are welcome and donations gratefully received.
