INTRODUCTION:
Training and skill development are boosted by training and development programs for bank workers. It also lowers attrition, improves job retention, and adds value to personnel. Training and development are a continual process that equips people with the tools they need to perform better. Bank employee’s training and development, as well as work enrichment, are boosted via training and development programs. It also lowers turnover, promotes job retention, and adds value to personnel. The Problem:
An effective training and development are essential for the function of any business mostly in banking sector to minimize the failures and mistakes in banking industry. The program of training and development for bank employees is transferred to the job. Training and learning will take place, whether an organization has a coordinated effort or not-because employees learn from other employees. But without a well-designed, systematic approach to training, what is learned may not be what is best for the organization so the learning objective of the trainees must know the concepts and principles to perform an efficiency in work.
Research Questions:
1- What is the role of training and development in banking sector?
2- How the training effects the performance and efficiency of banks employees?
3-Do good training and development practices by banks increase employee engagement and reduce chances of turnover?
Hypotheses:
H1: There is strong relationship between Training and Development Practices and employee performance.
H2: There is a strong relationship between training and development and engagement and retention of bank employees.
2.RATIONALE:
The scope of this research will support the banks to identify the important factor of the performance bankers in the banking organizations. On the other hand, this research will help HR to increase the workers efficiency in bank sector and others sector.
3.OBJECTIVES:
Aims/Objectives:
· To study the effectiveness for training and development programs of the banks for the employees.
· To suggest certain practices to effectiveness of training and development to enhance the banker’s performance.
4.RESEARCH METHODOLGOY:
This chapter will be defined how the research objective are going to be met for that reason it will have to cover all of the sources of information (primary and secondary material). Likewise, the chapter will also deliberate a full sampling procedure and the population sample.
The methodology present research paper methods type of Quantitative, Qualitative research and mixture of Quantitative and Qualitative research. Based on Primary data from 50 bank employees in different types of banks in Saudi Arabia and the secondary data includes reference books, journal, research papers, internet and questionnaire.

Population: All Bank Employees in Saudi Arabia
Sample: 50 Bank Employees
Data Type: Primary as well as secondary
Data Collection: Through Online Survey.
