Purpose Statement
The purpose of this study was to provide recommendations to improve professional development implementation at Stone Mountain Elementary School in Georgia.
Problem Statement
The problem was that professional development implementation needed improving since 62% of teachers at Stone Mountain Elementary reported the lack of effective professional development on the End-of-Year survey (SME End-of-Year Survey, 2022).
