The part of criminal justice that I will do my research paper on is the courts. I selected this topic because I have seen many different instances that the court system has helped and harmed those that have had to interact and process through the court system. I will provide data on why minorities have a more negative interaction with the courts, and discussion kids and the courts will narrow my topic.
