Topic #1: Should Changes Be Made In The Mental Health Drugs For Minors?
The symptoms about mental health are not easy to detect in children as they lack the ability to report such issues at the minor age. There is lack of research on the minor as the parents do not allow their young ones to be treated in such manner. The minor health pattern is used to be irregular and it is hard to evaluate anything about this. Children bodies are different from adult and need special care due to quick despondence. The metabolic rate in children is more prone to vary than the young. The liver and kidneys are immature due to this the drugs are processed slowly. In children mental illness grows more rapidly with the development of the brain. There should be made changes in eth mental health drugs for minors (Lee, et al, 2015). According to the fact file from citizen commission on human rights (CCHR), around twenty million children are placed on psychiatric drugs and four children face death after every four months due the medical illness.
Purpose of the Study: The study will focus the on that treatment of mental disorder after diagnosis. The review about the parents’ observation about the children mental health problem
Research Question: in what ways mental disorder in minors could be diagnosed
What are the drugs and how there should be changes made in mental drugs?
TOPIC # 2: Should Regulations Regarding The Use For Cell Phones While Driving Be Standardized?
The driving may seem to be a simple task, but it requires full attention and focus. The dynamism of the road and its environments demands that a driver stay focused to avoid veering off the road and hitting oncoming cars. Two seconds of viewing at a phone screen may not seem to be much. However, unexpected events such as the vehicle in front suddenly slowing down, reaching an unexpected turn, change of traffic lights and failure in car systems may make the two seconds be the difference between life and death. There should be standard regulations about the usage of cell phone during drive as the people usually do not care for the rules if not punished or forced to do this. Their behavior should be regulated at priority (Romeo, 2012).
Problem Statement: this provides idea about the use of cell phones and the risk involved in this and legislative decision about the standardization of cell phones during drive.
Research Question: the research will be made on quantifying the drivers distraction and finding out if the legislation is worth for these auto related death caused by cell phone usage during drive.
TOPIC # 3: Should Minors Who Commit Violent Crimes Be Tries As Adults?
The Criminal acts are described as the acts of law violation. Criminal acts are related to robbery, drugs, rape and homicides. Crime is an issue of developmental of the region in all walks of life. This issue is taken as legal and political as well as the lives of the people are concerned. The people should be given their rights in the society and their financial needs should be checked by the government if they are receiving the basic wage to full fill their needs. These issues give rise to crime when people are unable to meet their liability. Murders and rapes are the serious adult crimes that are now common in minors. Some people advocate that the minors should be given the second chance but this might increase the crime ratio in future if they are not punished for their deeds (Cox, 2015)
Problem Statement: the problem statement is that the minor should be or should not be punished because it might have a bad effect on their minds if they are jailed.
Research Question: the study is based on the research about the punishment of the minor and the crime ratio detection and the causes of crime in minor.
