*Your research proposal should look like a standard APA formatted paper, so it should have the following:

Title Page. See the sample APA paper I have provided to see how the title page should look. 10 points

Abstract. An abstract should summarize the entire paper, so you should provide some information about the content within the introduction, method, results, and discussion. 10 points

Introduction (literature review). You have already turned in the introduction of your paper, which is the literature review. You need to include your literature review paper, but I will not be regrading the entire literature review. You can leave the literature review the way you had it before, however, I will be grading the last paragraph of the literature review. The last paragraph should include your final research question and your final, testable research hypothesis, which I will be looking at and grading. 10 points

Method (Subheadings: Participants, Materials, Procedure). Provide details about your sample and how you will recruit them. Provide details about how you will measure each variable you are investigating (cite sources where needed). Provide step-by-step how the study will be conducted (so that someone else could read it and perform the study the exact way that you had intended). Include details about how ethical concerns are addressed in your procedure (specifically address informed consent, confidentiality, and debriefing if applicable). 20 points

Expected Results & Discussion. The first sentence should restate your hypothesis and state if it was expected to be supported or not. Put the findings in the context of your literature review (e.g., how does your finding build on the past research you cited in the introduction?). It is important to note limitations of your study in a discussion section. What might have been some problems with your study? Lastly, propose future directions so that other researchers can build off of your work. 20 points

Reference section. Every in-text citation in your text should have a corresponding reference. Both the in-text citations and references need to be in correct APA format. Reference sections should be in alphabetical order based on the last name of the first author. 20 points

General formatting. You will also be graded on general APA formatting, grammar, and structure. 10 points
