Research Proposal Outline
Outline: I am breaking down the topic of global warming, by explaining the effects of climate change and how affected Antarctica, Africa, Japan, and Canada. I will explain how it effects their food production, animals and even us.
Introduction: What is Climate change? How many countries are affected by climate change? Can we prevent it and how? Climate Change is a change in global or regional climate patterns. We can prevent climate change by reduce water waste, buying better bulbs, unplugging things in our homes, rethink transportation and more. All these play a part in global warming which effected 18 countries. A couple of countries that has been affected by climate change are Antarctica, Japan, Canada, Germany, Africa and more.
Body Paragraph 1: Antarctica is the coldest continent on earth. The average temperature in the interior throughout the year is about -57 degrees Celsius, with the minimum temperature being -90 degrees Celsius during the winter season. It is becoming more warmer in the Antarctic, causing physical changes. Polar bears will not be able to survive if it continues to get warmer in the Antarctic…
Body Paragraph 2: Africa is dominated by desert conditions along vast stretches of it is northern and southern fringes. The central portion of the continent is wetter, with tropical rainforests, grasslands, and semi-arid climates. Climate change have impacted water supply, agriculture and food, human health, livelihoods and more. “Africa has seen a decrease in rainfall over large parts of the Sahel and southern Africa, and an increase in parts of Central Africa. Over the past 25 years, the number of weather-related disasters, such as floods and droughts, doubled.” Due to droughts, heat waves and floods there has been food reduction in crops…
