Instructions

Research topic (Cyberwar, Law and Policy).

1. Write a research proposal

2. Create a research question,

3. Write purpose statement.

4. Use all of the attached sources provided and provide 4 additional outside sources.  

Technical Requirements

· Your proposal paper must be at a minimum of 1-2 pages (the Title and Reference pages do not count towards the minimum limit).

· Type in Times New Roman, 12 point and double space.

· Use Turabian Style as the sole citation and reference style

· Do not use Wikipedia or encyclopedic type sources.

· For the 4 outside source utilize books, peer-reviewed journals, articles, archived documents, etc.
