• Provides a good description of the selected organization, providing details on the mission and vision, the size of the personnel, the annual budget, the various departments and programs

Profile of Interviewee(s)

• Provides a good description and profile of the interviewee, providing details on the rank, the number of years at the organization, the responsibilities, the gender, the credentials, etc.

Findings • Provides a good discussion of the findings of the project, based on an analysis of the information gleaned during the interview, as well as based on the reading and researching of documents related to the organization and the themes under investigation.

• Discusses the findings in light of the class lectures and the assigned readings, quoting and referencing the literature on the subject matter.

Analysis and Recommendations [the format has to be in the form of a policy memorandum]

• Provides a critical analysis of the findings based on the literature and themes covered in class. Analysis clearly references literature on the subject matter, including citations of the assigned readings as well as extra research done by the student on the subject matter

Late assignments and missed exams

• Late assignments will not be accepted unless there is a valid and documented substantiated reason for late submission. Please note that being confused about the due dates or not being able to submit assignments due to computer issues is not a valid excuse.

• Make-up exams will be granted only to students with documented substantiated reasons. All make-up exams will have to be taken in my office in the Social Sciences Building.

Incomplete Grades Incomplete grades will be governed by KSU policies.
