Research Paper Outline & Literature Review w/ Annotated Bibliography

Outlining is an important step in organizing a paper. When done well, it clearly shows the relationships between ideas in your paper and provides a plan for writing. It also helps you to think about your topic and to reach the level of synthesis and evaluation in learning. It can also help you to determine whether you have researched the topic thoroughly before you spend time agonizing over grammar, sentence structure, word choice, and transitional sentences (etc.).

This is the second assignment of your research paper and will consist of edited introduction paragraph and level heading outline for your research paper. The level-headings should be APA format and will provide the structure of your research paper. You will then summarize and provide a detailed literature review and annotated bibliography supporting your topic.  You must have a minimum of five (5) sources which should be peer-reviewed and if your research was about a company you should include any websites or company information you referenced.  For details on the elements and differences between a Literature Review and Annotated Bibliography, and what information should be included in both, you may want to review the information contained in this link (Links to an external site.) .
