The creation of an outline gives you the opportunity to organize and think through your paper prior to starting actual writing. This allows you to see the bigger picture, organize your thoughts and gather the appropriate amount of research. You can also collect specific examples and information to paraphrase for your paper.

Instructions

Use the Research Paper: Outline Assignment Template to create an outline of your Research Paper. The outline must use current APA headings for each section. A current APA formatted title page is required.
