Topic Research Paper:

Wage inequity for black women in the workforce

Three main areas: introduction, body, and conclusion.

The introduction should be brief. It must include a hook, your research question(s), and your thesis statement.

Add a conclusion that briefly summarizes the key takeaways in past-tense language. Please note that conclusions should not introduce any “new” material that has not already been mentioned in the introduction and/or the body of the paper.

· Need eight sources including the ones provided

Formatting

· 6-8 pages minimum

· Page count does  not include the cover page or the reference list

· Longer is acceptable and encouraged

· Double-spaced

· 1" margins (all sides)

· 12-point font (Times New Roman)

· Include title and reference page(s) in ASA format (does not count toward page minimum)
