Systemic bias in U.S. Policing?

Public security is the civil rights of citizens; we get it from the government. Includes many government and country departments, one of the most respected and responsible parts is the U.S. police departments. At this point, the USA and the world are also diverting in Race, ethnicity, color, politics, and religion. While we blame the police, we do not think about ourselves; we believe the police are not responsible citizens; Simultaneously, we are unsafe. We want safety from the government and police. We deserve it. Every day increasing police brutality harms the government, police administration, citizens, and growing violence in the country and citizens feel unsafe. The main reason is a systemic problem in the police; also, I can address some incidents of systemic issues of U.S. police. In 2020 everybody seen the eight-minute forty-six-second-long video of George Floyd murdered by police in Minneapolis. His death footage is transparent to show a systemic problem in police officers, and the Breonna Taylor death of a lady from Kentucky Louisville was another injustice job done by police officers. Crime control is the duty of polices; they have a code of ethics in service, they are ruled by the police department's slogan concerning protecting and serving. We can see another recent fault case of the Georgia Atlanta mass shooting of Spa after press conference announcement of Sheriff chief is shameful. There was the death of eight women structural Asian bias in police administration. We have many more hidden reports of systemic discrimination by police administration we need to eliminate and change systematically.

The systemic bias is immoral and injustice. It should stop entirely, and the government should end the brutality of the police force; also, the public should be generous and need to take self-responsibility with most follow the law and government order. The police should be the superior level of training against traditional systemic racism.

My research paper will frame in an open-ended question. I will research police administration rules and regulations and how they follow and implement on-duty period and why the victims were lost their lives, the status of structural bias by police in the USA. The historical phenomenon of police and crime-related punishment about the victims and officers. What is the principal factor of control this type of injustice?

In the end, I know some crucial incidents of police brutality. I want to know about the history and facts about these kinds of adventures, how it happens, and the main reason? How complicated to eliminate and stop in the USA? What is the citizens' role in preventing it? I will get those from an article, News Journal of TCC (Tarrant County College) Online Library, and government officials' sites.
