Sun Coast Remediation

Sun Coast Remediation

Research Objectives, Research Questions, and Hypotheses

Sun Coast aims at ensuring the welfare and the safety of the employees. It engages in research to gain valuable information about the health, welfare and the safety of the employees and ensuring that the safety risks and concerns in the workplace are minimized. For this reason, it has put a team of researchers who identified six health and safety risks and the concerns that affect the employees while in the workplace. These are matters of concern that require to be studied further. Therefore, the study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the particulate matter and the exposure of the employees and the impact it has on the health of the employees. The research also aims to determine how noise levels, lead poisoning can be influenced by providing employee training. The objective of the research is thus to compare the safety training material to determine the effectiveness in managing the established issues in the company.

RO1: to determine the relationship between the particulate matter and employee health

RQ1: what is the relationship between the size of particulate matter and employee heath?

Ho1: there is no significant correlation between the size of particulate matter and the employee health.

Ha1: There is a statistically significant correlation between the size of particulate matter and employee health.

RO2: To determine whether the time that is lost is related to employee safety training

RQ2: what is the relationship between the time lost in safety training and effectiveness in employee safety performance?

Ho2: There is no significant correlation between employee safety training hours and the employee safety performance.

Ha2: there is a significant correlation between the training hours on safety and the employee safety performance.

RO3: To determine whether the collected data represents a safety workplace decibel level environment

RQ3: what relationship exists between the decibel noise levels and health of the work environment?

Ho3: There is no significant difference between the decibel levels and the health of the work environment.

Ha3: There is a significant correlation between decibel levels and the health of the work environment.

RO4: To determine the effectiveness of the training programs before and after he revision of the archived ones.

RQ4: does revision of the training programs improve the effectiveness in enhancing safety training?

Ho4: there is no significant difference in safety training outcomes with the revision of the training programs.

Ha4: there is a significant difference in safety training outcomes with the revision of the training programs.

RO5: to determine the level of lead poisoning in employee blood when working in site

RQ5: what is the relationship between the employee blood lead poisoning and their health?

Ho5: there is no statistical correlation between employee blood lead poisoning and their health.

Ha5: there is a statistical correlation between the employee blood lead poisoning and their health.

RO6: to determine whether there are controls on return on investment within the services provided.

RQ6: what is the relationship between return on investment and services and those that are rendered for evaluation on financial gains?

Ho6: There is no statistical relationship between return on investment between the services offered and those evaluated for financial gains.

Ha6: There statistical relationship between return on investment between the services offered and those evaluated for financial gains.
