Morale and Motivation

Morale and motivation two of the things that I deem the most important in the work place. Without these two things there would be less productive, less happy, and less efficient workers. With a good morale comes great motivation and buy in to a company. When there are happy workers there are more productive workers. They believe in the common goal of the company and will do leaps and bounds for the company to see success because their ideology is one in the same with the individuals at the top. When the low man on the totem pole feels disrespected or doesn’t get a chance to handle life events as they happen the less likely they are to want to do more for a company and can quickly go from top riser t o cancer of the department or division.
