Research a current “activity” or a new “management” style

These are example topics:

• Marketing Strategies:  ex: linked-in, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon

• Leadership Styles: accountability, rewards, EEOC, whistleblowing protection

• Holistic Healthcare: Reiki, Guided Meditation, Crystal Healing, Yoga, Pilates

• New Innovative Technologies: Snoezelen rooms, virtual reality, computers

• Assessments: ex: paper vs. electronic medical record

• Reimbursement:   ex: use of PayPal

Please be mindful that the paper “MUST” be focused on a  recurrent or new TREND.   This is  not  an opinion paper.  All work must be referenced and cited.  

Write a detailed research paper of  at least 7+ pages including  the title page & reference page on the subject matter you are most interested in.  

You must have at least 2 references: books, YouTube videos, web articles.

ONE reference must be from: PubMed Peered-Reviewed research.

Please use APA format. This is a good resource for  APA format : however, the internet has many resources….

For full credit you must include All of these elements in the body of the paper:

• Identify the specific Trend and how it is popular today

• Whether it is a  management style or an  activity. Write about its purpose and benefit.

• Why was the study done, and what did the research conclude from the study?

• A separate paragraph based on your sources used, do you think this activity or management approach will continue as a Trend?
