· Architecture style is special and unique, vivid color, have long history, should have large population, but the truth is obsite

· The square in front of the mall is too empty
· I think move the fountain and build a stage (like utc mall), so people can gathering here for activities
· Too much sharing bike around downtown, discover bike can be cancelled and it doesn’t fit the environment very well
· Plenty people were outside the mall but only few people were shopping inside the mall.
· Starbucks is in the first floor, food court is in fourth floor. Banana Republic is next to Starbucks and an sports store is right next to panda express. Food and Beverage Department are not distribute evenly

· Some people were riding bikes inside the mall
· Might cause accident
· Should ban the bike/skateboard
· The flowerports are unnecessary
· Can replace it with retail shop
· Most stores are empty（closed）only few stores are open
· Stores are not attract people, no famous brand such as Apple store, Sephora…..
· There were people walking around but no one really shopping
· Even have homeless sleeps there.
· Bad security system.
*I saw a security guy was trying to expel the homeless
*the security guy was not dressed formal. He does not have gun and spontoon
