Brenda, this is a well written summary and evaluation of the article. However, the article you chose is a meta-analysis, not a qualitative study. The authors did not do primary qualitative data collection. In the methods section, you state that they did a phenomenological study - which they did not because they did not collect any primary data (they simply reviewed existing articles). Then in the results section, you noted that they used SPSS and longitudinal analysis techniques - which is something you do for quantitative studies, not qualitative. I gave you credit for choosing an article that had a thematic focus however you needed to find a qualitative study that was conducted by the authors of the study (not a study of studies, i.e., meta-analysis) and this is what ultimately hurt your ability to fully evaluate the article. Lastly, there are also issues in your APA formatting in both the paper and the in the reference list. Please review my notes in the paper and please review the assignment expectations carefully.
