Challenges

· Select one topic related to one of the four leadership challenges in healthcare: regulations, cultural issues, social issues, or economic issues.

· Identify one framework that you will use as the foundation for the studies you will be reviewing the: Relational Leadership Model or CFIR Framework( https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5303301/)

· Locate  three  articles that best relate to your topic, framework, and area of interest.

· Fill out the Article Analysis Worksheet form in its entirety for each of the articles selected.

· Fill out the search form based on your search including where articles were found, how they were found, and when they were found.

· Specify all databases, registers, websites, organizations, reference lists, and other sources searched or consulted to identify studies.

· Specify search strategies, keywords, filters, and limits.
