1. Project Canvas: must be written

2. Concept paper: This is the main part of the project and ill be the explanatory text for the other assignments. The concept paper at least contain following sectors.

a. Event objectives and concept description, theme, design, decoration. Arguments for why and how your concept fits the client’s expectations and accommodates the limitations and the challenges.

b. Project timeline and event timeline, milestones, key activities before and during and after the event.

c. Arguments for the choices you have made, among others food choices, entertainment choices, security choices, human resources.

d. Argumentations for the budget.

e. Risk analysis, contingency plans.

The length of the text must be between 14500 to 18000 characters. This amount corresponds to 8 to 9 standard pages.

Following will not go into word count. Front page, list of content, Sources, tables, graphs, excel sheets, drawings, pictures, footnotes, grant charts.

3. The budget for the whole event (in Excel file). Budgets must be based on the real-world prices of the inputs you are going to use.

4. Graphic work

a. A forecast for invitations

b. A forecast for billboards at the airport (billboard is not for the grand opening event, but for the hotel)

5. Detailed Grant chart must be prepared and include at least 120 lines of work task, based on your breakdown structure. Following software are accepted: Microsoft project, openproj, projectlibre, granttproj.
