When confronted with difficult situations or dealing with risky individuals,

we may experience analysis paralysis. This occurs when our brain

suddenly becomes overtaxed by worry or pressure and we find

ourselves unable to respond in the critical moment. This Shapiro Library

article describes how we can learn to route our reactions with specific

responses and redirect the situation to regain control.
