Assignment 3: Spokesperson Preparation

For this assignment, we will practice preparing to be a spokesperson for a media conference. 

You will be given an overview of an actual crisis case, and your role at the impacted organization. (There will be a few different cases, either from the list in the textbook or recent news examples.) 

You will provide the following in your submission:

1. A list of the five most likely questions you will be asked. For each question, you must also identify why you think it will be asked.

2. List what you know about the crisis. (It will be a good idea for you to review the details of the crisis.)

3. List two key pieces of information that you do not know about the crisis and why you think you should know each of them. (It's good to know where your 'blind spots' are.)

2-3 pages (not included title page and references)

Choose 1 crisis case from file ‘1’ and Pick 5 questions from file ‘2’.

For 1. List the 5 questions you choose that you think would be asked and the reason why you think the questions would be asked.

For 2. Base on the crisis case you choose from file ‘1’, list more information that you know about that case. (Some missing information is not mentioned in the case but you find on research)

For 3. Provide 2 key pieces of information that you did not know but you think it is important.
