2. Executive Summary
This section contains the following elements:

Methods & sources used to research the report

3. Table of Contents
The table of contents lists all of the sections in your report and includes the section numbers and the page numbers.
It is written on a separate page.
It is important that your TOC is formatted correctly.

4. Introduction
A restatement of the purpose/aim of the report.
The background or context for the task.
An outline of the structure of the report (In 3-5 sentences indicate the major sections/concepts discussed in the body section).
5. Body (Choose you own appropriate heading for the body section)
The body presents the information from your research.
Information should be organised logically under appropriate sub headings

5. Body
All ideas that you have taken from sources such as books, journal articles or websites must be paraphrased and referenced .
Ensure you write in properly structured paragraphs in each sub section
Tables and figures, such as diagrams, photographs and graphs can be used to present information. The source(s) of all images must be cited using the Harvard Style of referencing.
6. Conclusion & Recommendations
Restate the purpose of the report
Presents a summary of key findings – What is their significance?
Makes recommendations based on the key findings discussed in the body of the report.
Includes justification(s) for any recommendations
7. Reference List
Needs to be on a separate page.
Should be inclusive of all sources used within the report.
Needs to be in accordance with the Harvard citation style.
Needs to properly acknowledge all sources within the report (in text citations).
Provide at least 5 academic sources (Harvard Style)
