EBP needs numerous resources available at the local level of the care system, including

sufficient funding and human resources. When implementing evidence-based practice, skilled

human capital is key to offer necessary competency and leadership (Haider et al., 2017). The role

played by this resource in the implementation makes an intensive understanding of the nature

and level of human resources at the local level very relevant and crucial. One should understand

whether there is enough medical staff like physicians, nurses, and other necessary professionals

for successful EBP implementation, for instance, when implementing resilience training for

burnout. Secondly, the healthcare system organizational structure at the local level plays a

central role in ensuring successful EBP implementation.

Empirical evidence demonstrates that organizational leadership's willingness to

implement EBP contributes to the availability of various other vital resources like training

opportunities, funding, and human capital (Green, & Tones, 2009). The understanding of local

care system culture helps in EBP implementation planning. It helps you understand many aspects

of culture, including norms of an organization like human resource management, applied

policies, and the local community traditions where the care system is located. Cultural factors

influence stakeholders' cooperation in the process of EBP implementation, which is very

important (Green & Tones, 2009).

I would consider involving agencies and the local employees in the change project.

Organization staff participation in the change project enhances the project implementation

success because of the availability of goodwill that encourages good collaboration between care

professionals and other critical stakeholders needed for successful change implementation in

society. The regulatory environment is another consideration to ensure the EBP implementation

is within the existing regulations and laws, particularly those governing safety, culture, and

health of people.
