Please review auditors report and notes to the collected financial statements to determine any unusual activities or qualified auditors opinions. In your report, please include an excel spreadsheet of the selected company combined balance sheets, income statements. statement of Cash Flow and changes in equity. I also would like to see the result of your ratio analysis in a separate appendix.

The final report should at the minimum contains:

Executive Summary, Back-ground, potential and inherent Risk, Short review of news and happening, if any, Scope of Your review, The objective of your review, Approach and Methodology of your review, Finding and the result of your analysis, summary and conclusions of your review , and matters for Management consideration.

Please in the report, document, your findings, if any, auditors report, possible unusual activities noted during the study including but not limited to the types of the auditors qualifications and/or special notes, when applicable.
