One MS Word document containing a two page report per chapter - Chapter 3, Chapter 4, and Chapter 5. 

APA format required

APA Running Head title page, page numbers (not on title), Reference page must be included. 

NOTE: Cover sheet and reference pages do not count toward the minimum six page document.

Recommended format:

Introduction - 3-5 sentences of chapter overview (1 paragraph)

Analysis and Application - 1.5 pages or greater

Summary - 3-5 sentences
