Nice job. The week’s reading gave insights on project planning and project initiation two of the five project management phases. Project planning involves the discipline of how to complete a project within the required and set time frame. Project planning includes the preferred stages and provided resources to complete the set project. Project initiation is the first stage of the project development cycle where the planning and outsourcing of all the required resources are done. However, above all these phases communication planning plays a key role in project development. Communication can be conveyed in different ways but is an aspect that is a must for it to be implemented for the project to run. Communication happens between stakeholders, managers, and even workers.

Communication planning is essential as it clarifies the relationships between stakeholders, workers, and management. Having a proper communication plan helps identify those who need to receive certain information in the project cycle and how it will arrive at them and then how shall one get the response once the targeted group releases feedback (Sanghera, 2019). Effective communication helps build trust and improves productivity in work as people keep updating one another on the progress and where more effort is needed during the project development. Thereby, communication plays a key role in successful project completion.
