According to Kelly (2018), registered nurses are constantly facing some challenges to provide quality nursing care while resources are chipped away, sometimes along with their energy, pride, and ability to provide holistic patient care. My strength is as followed.

According to the assessment, I am a problem solver who can overcome challenges, analyze symptoms, identify what is wrong, and find a solution. I believe this is right about me; there are many ways nurses solve problems daily. This has become part of my daily life. It is a positive response during a critical and difficult situation and brings a solution.

Individualization, what I know about is that I believe in the uniqueness of people; everyone is unique in their way; the plan that works perfectly for Mr. a might not work at all for Mr. b. Interaction offered on a one-to-one basis tailored to individual preferences significantly improved the positive interactive behavior of care-dependent residents with dementia during the intervention.

Relator describes my attitude toward my relationships, of the truth as l love my work I love my family, I go along with people in as much I study them, relate to them without any problem, and how the relationship can bring a positive outcome.

Clifton strengthens personalized reports and research to help us succeed as we journey toward more excellent leadership, create better outcomes with the team and achieve goals. This assessment can support you in many roles; it helps you know how you work best rather than what you should be doing; it enables you to understand how to relate with people because you know your strengths and weaknesses.

Arranger, when you are faced with many complex situations, you can manage the situation and prioritize your response to all the concerns. Your focus will be on what you will do and how best you can carry out your work.  All nursing needs to be able to prioritize situation. Nurses must always put the concept of ABCs to each patient situation, including in immediate threats to life, as part of the initial assessment.

Strategic is finding out the best way to carry out your care and treatment.
