It seems that the right to keep and bear arms is very important in America as well as any country around the world. As I see currently, guns violation is increasing dramatically. The amount of death caused by guns in America is higher than in any country around the world. The government should have a strict policy about carrying and using guns. For carrying guns, there are only a limited amount of people who can carry guns in public such as police and security. Normal people should not bring guns into any of the public places because it would be not only dangerous for themselves but also for people surround them. For using guns, people should have been practicing using guns for a long time and getting a license before purchased their guns. Even though they had purchased their guns, they still not need to use it. People only use it in an emergency situation when they really need it. Also, only adult can use guns and people who use guns should control their behavior before they used them because using guns not only impact themselves but also people around them. Once they did and if it's their mistake it will impact their whole life and it's hard for them to change it. People should purchase and using their guns at the right time and the right place so that it will not be their mistakes that they regret for the rest of their life. If the government establish a strict policy about using guns, there will be a decrease in guns violation in America and the amount of death caused by guns will be also decreased.
