As I was going through the Sony company update on the website I identified that the company aim implements a cloud-based solution for its operation, storage, and services. This will be the best move and the entire company will benefit from multiple advantages of a cloud-based system. 

First as the companies, workforce we will become more flexible in our work workforce as IT officials (Prabhakaran, 2018). For example, using this system we will manage to access data and provide service for the company at a remote place all over the world by connecting to the virtual office provided in the cloud server. Second, the universal connection that is provided by the cloud system will allow effective communication and sharing of data hence foster teamwork and engagement of employees during decision-making processes.

 Adopting cloud computing for the company will also help in reducing Information technology management and operating expenses (Prabhakaran, 2018). For example, instead of purchasing hardware for storage purposes, the company will have a scalable storage system that employees can adjust according to specific needs with only a click of a button. The free to disruption capability of the system will also enable the company to perform regular updates as required without interfering with production operations. In case of a crisis, the company will also have a better chance to protect and recover its data.  This capability will allow the company to minimized downtimes and create better accessibility of the company to the customers. In the process of adopting this system, I would recommend for a full shift of all IT services for the revolution of efficient financial management and to improve company service delivery internationally. Moving IT service to the cloud will also help the company to develop a better analysis of data, promote responsibility and better working conditions that will motivate employees to enhance their performance.
