There has been a growing recognition of nursing involvement in the promotion of effective stewardship of antibiotics. According to Carter et al. (2018), antibiotic resistance has been identified as a potential health care threat worldwide. As such, there are efforts to ensure that nurses are incorporated in the activities that are directly associated with the use of antibiotics. Antibiotics are globally recognized as life-saving drugs which significantly helps in the control of infectious diseases. Consequently, these drugs have been recognized as essential and the most decisive choice, resulting in decreased mortality and morbidity.
As such, nurses should be actively involved in developing effective health care policies that empower them in their role in the optimization of antibiotics. Consequently, health care organizations should formulate policies that eliminate potential barriers to antibiotic stewardship. For instance, the nursing organization should ensure that nurses are provided with adequate time and reduced workloads. These are some of the potential efforts that help in adding value and improvement of patient’s outcomes.
Disease surveillance incorporates the ongoing analysis, collection, interpretation, and dissemination of data involving a particular disease. The primary objective of disease surveillance is the provision of empowerment to decision-makers in managing and leading health care workers in the provision of valuable and timely intervention in case of a disease outbreak. The Correlation between global and domestic disease surveillance is that the two are healthcare strategies involved in estimating a specific population's health behaviour and status. Notably, the two strategies involve measuring the need for specific intervention and the respective effects of the intervention. According to Salmond and Echevarria (2017), nurses should lead in the transformative changes that substantially impact patient outcomes. As such, family nurse practitioners play a significant role in researching and implementing best preventive care and education to reduce disease.

Health Care Policy
Nursing organizations and nurses can play an important role in improving policies to support responsible use of antibiotics. They can influence the development of policies to hinder the unnecessary prescription of antibiotics. Policies should ensure antibiotics are only provided where necessary to avoid misuse. Moreover, nurses need to collect information regarding the effectiveness of antibiotics to gain a better understanding of when they should be applied. Policymaking can support the implementation of the best evidence-based practice to promote nursing outcomes (Levine, 2020). Nurses can fully participate in organizational interventions to enhance accountability and responsibility in the use of antibiotics. They can participate in policy meetings and join professional organizations to influence desirable policy changes. Moreover, they can support the preparation of a report or fact sheet to offer beneficial information to policy decision-makers. Nursing organizations can enable nurses to form teams and attain a better influence towards the achievement of improved policies. They promote the ability of nurses to lobby and advocate for the right of patients while ensuring that they receive the best health care services.
Global disease surveillance and domestic disease surveillance are involved in the monitoring of the spread of a disease to determine its pattern of progression. Their correlation is that they are both involved in the prediction, reduction, and observation of harm from pandemic, epidemic, and outbreak (Lu et al., 2017). They play important role in the improvement of knowledge regarding factors contributing to health circumstances.
Family nurse practitioners play significant roles by providing primary care services. They screen for disease symptoms, conduct checks, order tests, and administer treatment to enhance the overall well-being of patients (Finneran & Kreye, 2021). They observe patients and conduct physical examinations to support the early detection of diseases. They are also involved in operating and monitoring medical equipment.

Nurses and Nursing Organizations and The Judicious Use of Antibiotics in Humans
Nurses and associated organizations can improve policies to promote the judicious use of antibiotics in humans through education, patient involvement, and economic incentives. Firstly, the groups can educate nurses and patients on how to use antibiotics to promote behavior change. The educational awareness should be clinic and peer-based to facilitate exposure to different antibiotics and how effectively nurses can apply them to achieve positive outcomes when dealing with patients (Olans et al., 2016). Secondly, nurses can use patient involvement policies to assess the efficiency of the available methodologies to administer antibiotics. Based on the outcome, the nursing organizations can adjust the frameworks to ensure accountability and professionalism among nurses when handling patients from different cultural backgrounds (Vahdat et al., 2014). Lastly, economic incentives like reducing the cost of medications and giving medical insurance can motivate more patients to register for the antibiotics. The nursing organizations can partner with financial institutions to provide patients with affordable medical insurance to improve their access to antibiotics.
Correlation Between Global Disease Surveillance and Domestic Disease Surveillance
Domestic disease surveillance avails information experts need during global reconnaissance to understand the sickness and recommend a response plan, especially for epidemic-prone infections. According to Vlieg et al. (2017), early warnings by China and Netherlands internal disease surveillance have helped international organizations to understand the history of infectious diseases and geographical settings. Through it, universal groups like World Health Organizations can provide reaction recommendations to contain infections extending beyond a country's border. Therefore, domestic surveillance strengthens the universal investigation. A family nurse practitioner maintains patient records since they perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on different patients. They recommend treatment plans and medications for acute illness. They can provide first-hand information during domestic disease surveillance because they directly contact the patients and maintain all the statistical records.

Antibiotic resistance is a growing problem, partly due to antibiotic overuse, as most clinicians are aware. Drawing from this extensive understanding, offering information or instruction alone will not be enough to influence their prescribing habits. To overcome the barriers to more careful prescribing, healthcare organizations will need to develop resources to encourage change, employ effective ways to catalyze that change, and develop supportive structures. Evidence-based diagnosis and treatment recommendations endorsed by professional societies, patient education materials, and information to enhance provider-patient dialogue are all important components in curbing antibiotics misuse.
Disease surveillance aids governments in assessing the health of their populations in order to determine which diseases are impacting their communities and the prevalence of specific diseases in order to plan for disease elimination. The reporting of disease outbreaks has evolved from manual record keeping for domestic surveillance to instant international internet communication in modern times that necessitate global disease surveillance.
Advanced practice registered nurses who have completed further education and training to practice in a primary care setting are known as family nurse practitioners. These health professionals are dedicated to enhancing patients' lives and contributing to a high-quality, efficient health-care system. Family nurse practitioners are an important element of the health-care system, providing patients with wellness advice and vital care services. These professionals work with physicians and specialists to manage patient caseloads in hospitals, clinics, and medical practices, caring for sick, injured, and healthy patients.

Position Nurse to Promote the Judicious Use of Antibiotics.
Nurses, other health professionals, and healthcare organizations are in a position to promote the judicious use of antibiotics. Over the years, it has become a known fact that the prescription of antibiotics is a risk factor for infections. Despite this knowledge, the prescription of antibiotics continues to be on the rise in the US. Over the years, nurses and healthcare organizations have proven effective in influencing the change of existing and development of new policies. To achieve a more judicious prescribing of antibiotics, it is paramount to understand the factors that promote the overuse and barriers to change. According to Kandeel et al. (2019), healthcare organizations are in a position to develop policies to support judicious use of antibiotics as well as evaluate if the existing policies are unintentionally promoting the over-prescription and use of antibiotics. Through collaborative efforts in bodies such as the ANA and the American Board of Nursing Specialties, nurses can lobby to change existing policies and to improve the mandates of the existing policies to ensure that they promote judicious antibiotic use (Mason et al., 2016). Additionally, through associations nurses can bring legal action to healthcare organizations that are associated with an increased prescription of antibiotics. Such national goals can go a long way in ensuring a reduction in unnecessary use of antibiotics.
Correlation Between Global Disease Surveillance and Domestic Disease Surveillance
There exists a correlation between global disease surveillance and domestic disease surveillance. Both levels are important in identifying emergent and recurring diseases. These include all infectious and non-communicable diseases (Louis, 2012). There is a correlation between domestic and global disease surveillance because domestic surveillance sheds light on the concerns that have to be addressed at a global level. In this regard, the diseases people suffer at a domestic level are the same at the global level. The only difference between the two is that domestic surveillance occurs within national borders while global surveillance occurs within international borders.
Role the Family Nurse Practitioner Plays.
Family Nurse Practitioners (FPNs) are responsible for providing a range of services to patients throughout their lifetime. These nurses play a significant role in the lives of their patients since they are involved in every health care decision made pertaining to the problem (Balestra, 2019). They help minimize repeat visits and hospital admissions of patients that fall under their care since they understand their medical history. They execute other additional duties that include conducting physical examinations and developing patient centered care plans for those under their care. FPNs play an essential role in the life of their patients.

The importance of health care policy cannot be overstated in the context of daily operational actions in health care settings. Complex health concerns may be better understood with the help of this method, as well as prevent legal obligations, enhance safety, and other regulatory requirements. This discussion will address how nursing organizations and nurses may assist improve regulations and encouraging sensible antibiotic usage in humans. Domestic and global illness monitoring will also be discussed in this paper.
Patients' prescribed treatment regimens are administered by nurses, who play a critical role in their care. As a result, they have a unique position of authority and are in close proximity to the people they serve. According to Van Huizen et al. (2021), nurses are able to record and document adverse medication responses via the health care institutions' proper communication systems. Additional to this, nurses play an important role in defending the interests of their patients. As a result, they have a right to advocate for antibiotics that have minimum adverse effects for patients. Van Huizen et al. (2021) assert that antibiotic prescribing recommendations may be developed and implemented by nursing organizations based on evidence.
The quality of health care may be improved by both local and worldwide disease monitoring. In the evaluation, monitoring, and identification of emerging health issues, they are vital. The early diagnosis of health issues aids in the formulation of effective control measures in the early stages of the disease's inception and dissemination (Sanchez et al., 2017). In this way, the spread of such a disease is likely to be limited, both regionally and worldwide. In order to avoid non-communicable illnesses like hypertension, nurses recommend that patients take preventative steps. Disease surveillance, both global and local, play an important role in the health of persons.

I can begin by commenting that with the passing of time the appreciation and satisfaction with respect to the collaboration of the nurses towards the promotion of the adequate administration of antibiotics has increased. The resistance of antibiotics towards certain diseases has been determined as a serious and very serious threat to health care at the population and world level. That is why, an effort has been made so that we as nurses, integrate ourselves to the tasks that are closely linked with the use of antibiotics. Antibiotics have been characterized as one of the bastions of drugs to safeguard the lives of our patients, also helping in the control and prevention of diseases at a general and infectious level. Therefore, these medicines have been classified as essential and the first option, helping to reduce mortality and morbidity.
As nurses and members of the public health branch, we must be actively involved in the development of effective health care policies that empower them in their role of improving antibiotics. Therefore, the different health care organizations must develop policies that exclude the probable obstacles in relation to the administration of antibiotics. For example, the organizations of nurses, must verify that the nurses are given the correct time to their development and decreased workloads, leading to a better-quality time in relation to the care of our patients.
Another aspect to note is that disease surveillance adds the analysis, compilation, interpretation and persistent dissemination of data related to a given disease. The main reason for such disease surveillance is to empower the decision-makers in such efforts and the leadership of health workers in the provision of an effective and relevant participation in any situation of an outbreak and development of a disease. The interrelation that exists between disease surveillance at the local and global levels is that both are medical care strategies linked to the appreciation of the procedure and the health status of a given population. Both strategies involve evaluating the need for a specific intervention and the corresponding consequences of said intervention. As nurses we must be at the forefront of changes and modifications that directly influence the results of medical care for our patients. We must also play a vital and important role in the exploration and implementation of better care and teaching regarding preventive care to reduce and prevent diseases.

Nurses are the major stakeholder in the implementation of change at the most important level, implementation. This means that they perform a big part in making sure that the success and failure of a system or an application are on track or fail. They are responsible for identifying the gaps and thus fulfillment of the path towards ascertaining the workability of an intervention. Therefore, they form the bulk of the data and information dissemination roles in evaluation and intervention control, a position that gives them the front row in disease surveillance. As the COVID pandemic has shown, the identification of patterns for spreading patterns and trends is a variable that allows for control to be put in the right place and at the right time. Nurses facilitate the gathering of information and development of control mechanisms that and enforced in public health. And ensure patient safety (Hughes & Clancy, 2009).
By informing the right agencies and institutions of the growing need for enforcement of regulation, they help is speeding up the needed reinforcement for making sure that spread and contamination are controlled. At the same time. With the identification of the risk factors involved in a particular disease, the nurse provides the necessary information for the prioritization of health care matters within policy and budgeting. Therefore, justification on the use of certain antibiotics or stopping their usage can be verified using evidence-based implementation (Turale & Kunaviktikul, 2019). With the okay from the nurses, that information can be used to control the entry of antibiotics into the market or in the country where necessary. At the same time, that information can be used to identify the allowable antibiotics that can be bought over the counter for those that require a doctors’ prescription.
