Topic 1

As a qualitative research method, focus groups have various advantages that make them useful for gathering information. Focus groups allow the researcher to gain insightful information about the research topic. The information gained allows the researcher to make credible conclusions that can be referred to in the future. Focus groups are valuable to researchers since they provide the first-hand information (Wanner et al., 2021).

Sexually Transmitted Diseases in Women Adolescents

The focus group is made up of eleven girls aged between thirteen and eighteen years.

The activity will be undertaken in a community social hall. The social hall is dedicated to various activities that keep the young girls busy during the school holidays.

The opening question will be, “Do you all know what puts you at risk for sexually transmitted diseases?”

“What do you think are the factors that put adolescent girls at risk for sexually transmitted diseases?”

“As adolescent women, what are you doing to reduce the spread of sexually transmitted infections among your peers?”

Topic 2

A proper diet is essential for young adolescent girls. They should focus on eating a balanced diet that will ensure they are healthy while developing. Adolescent women should prioritize exercising and other activities that keep them busy when out of school. Such actions will ensure they do not engage in sexual activities that put them at risk of STDs (Habel et al., 2018).

STDs are Comorbidities for other severe infections such as HIV\AIDS. Young women should protect themselves against STDs to prevent exposing themselves to HIV/AIDS and other STI’s. Organizations that deal with guidance and counseling for teenagers will engage the girls in activities that keep them busy. I will expect the girls to adhere to avoid any sexual relationships that would pressure them for sexual activities. The girls will also be expected to stay in safe places to prevent any chances of forced sexual contact (Shannon & Klausner, 2018).

The distinct advantage of the group discussion method is plainly the individual communication and what it adds to (surpasses) what might be gained from a collection of extensive interviews (IDIs). There are 2 other vital staminas of the group discussion approach: (1) it enables the visibility of observers, particularly in the in person (in-person as well as occasionally video) setting; as well as (2) it increases the likelihood that a variety of perspectives, expertise, as well as experiences will be recorded in one group session (Wilkinson, 2019). Whereas many qualitative research study approaches can conceivably accommodate observers, viewers tend to handle an especially involved and active role in team talking to. In person focus groups are commonly performed at a center furnished with a one-way mirror (and on the internet video group platforms additionally supply a customer backroom), behind which participants of the research study group can see as well as listen to the discussions.

Dementia

Individuals with mental deterioration as well as their family members cares were recruited to the research via general practitioner practices, mental deterioration signs up, memory centers and volunteer companies. 20 participants from 20 to 50 years old. For a lot of our participants their comorbid health condition preceded the diagnosis of mental deterioration.

Can you inform me your thoughts about dementia?

What variables affect the condition to establish?

What can we do to improve the health and wellness condition of client with dementia?

Topic 2.

Actions and also individuality typically alter with dementia. Individuals with mental deterioration often act in ways that are very various from their "old self," and these changes can be tough for friends and family to take care of. Habits modifications for many factors. In dementia, it is typically because the person is shedding nerve cells (cells) in parts of the mind (Livingston, et all., 2020). The behavior modifications you see commonly rely on which part of the mind is shedding cells. The Mediterranean diet, the relevant MIND diet plan (which includes components developed to lower high blood pressure), as well as various other healthy eating patterns have actually been associated with cognitive benefits in research studies, though the evidence is not as solid as it is for other treatments like physical activity, blood pressure and cognitive training. Changes in the brain can occur years before the first symptoms of Alzheimer's appear. These early mind modifications recommend a feasible home window of chance to stop or postpone mental deterioration symptoms (Arvanitakis, Shah, & Bennett, 2019). Researchers are checking out lots of possible means to do this, including medicines, way of living adjustments and mixes of these treatments. Unlike other threat elements for Alzheimer's that we can not change, such as age as well as genes, individuals can manage way of living options such as diet, exercise as well as cognitive training.
