I didn’t surprise by most of the outcomes of the data, because it was in line with my expectation before generating the data. The only interesting thing for me was the positive correlation between married status and high-income level.  Because, I never thought marriage has positive impact to have stable economic prosperity. Moreover, there are millions of married couples who are poor all over the world, it is also true in a place where I came from. People tend to be married even they are in an economically unfavorable condition. I understand that being couple has more advantage than being single, though, I didn’t realize married people could be hold the highest rank in economic prosperity.

       The data portrays differences in poverty rates in race/ethnic diversity account in part for race diversity in marriages. Which is evidenced by the percentage of poverty rate & marriage rate of Latinos vs that of blacks. Latinos are in prevalent poverty, but their marriage rate is much more than blacks. Blacks on the other hand have high poverty and low marriage rate. But here the very reason for such disparity, I think, is beyond socio economic condition. To ensure socio economic stability in the society the government must strive working in societal institutions that would teach the importance of stable marriage in creating conducive socio-economic environment. The government also work Avoiding systematic discrimination, ensure the application of affirmative actions in every institution.

       The reason Latinos have higher married couple while their poverty rate is as high as Blacks is, I think, due to Latinos positive culture towards marriage, being divorced I think is not acceptable in their society. Whereas, Blacks historically disadvantaged to have economic prosperity and lost their culture due to slavery and systematic discrimination. So, the low percentage of married couples in Blacks community should be seen differently. I feel that I understood and interpreted the date very well. As we are living in the information era, every day our life is tied with tone of data. So, to understand the world around us it is crucial how to read and interpreted such kinds of data.
