TOPIC: A Comparative Analysis of Visionary Leadership Theory and Transactional Leadership Theory

· GUIDELINES ON HOW EACH PARAGRAPH OF REFLECTIVE PAPER 4 MUST BE TYPED: 

· For reflective paper 4, The  Title of the comparative paper must be in the center and at the top of the first page.    The title of the paper should be as follows: A Comparative Analysis of (type the two leadership theories or styles).

· As mentioned earlier, the reflective paper must comprise only four  (4) Paragraphs: 

· The  first paragraph  is the  introductory paragraph.   In the first two to three sentences, write pertinent information about the two leadership theories or styles.  In the last sentence, type whether the leadership theories or styles are similar and/or dissimilar. 

· In the second paragraph, using in-text citations or external references, type the similarities and/or dissimilarities of the leadership theories or styles from sentence to sentence or from the second paragraph to the third paragraph (if you need clarity on what I mean from sentence to sentence or from the second paragraph to the third paragraph, call and/or email me for clarity so that you can write these two paragraphs correctly). 

· In the third paragraph, using in-text citations or external references, again, type the similarities and/or dissimilarities of the leadership theories or styles from sentence to sentence or from the second paragraph to the third paragraph (if you need clarity on what I mean from sentence to sentence or from the second paragraph to the third paragraph, call and/or email me for clarity so that you can write these two paragraphs correctly). 

· The fourth paragraph must be typed to reveal in only two sentences your reason for selecting these leadership theories. In the subsequent sentences, you must reveal in only two sentences your view on how these leadership theories or styles relate to issues, trends, and challenges in athletics, and you must type in only two sentences what you learn from researching such topics. 

· References:

· Under the fourth paragraph, provide a reference list with at least four references. The citation of each one must be typed APA style, and each one must have its own individual hyperlink.
