Being innovative will enable me to create solutions to my problems and give me the ability to find ways of making me resourceful.

The main things I would like to gain from this unit are to recognize my strengths and weakness so that I can work on the negative aspects to make them better. Acknowledging and working on my shortcomings will strengthen my abilities to work efficiently in school and in the field to create a better resume that will help me survive in the competitive construction industry’s world.
