Response 1: Tina hopped on board as a teacher last year with me. From the beginning she came in eager and ready to accept the challenge! Tina immediately came in and turned a class around that so desperately needed routine, and structure. I saw her relentlessly come in day after day despite how tough the kids tried, she did not allow them to win! Tina is so kind and hardworking. She not only thinks of her students but of her peers as well! For my birthday she and my team organized a bucket of my favorite goods for me… that was so thoughtful and really made my day so special. Not only did it have goods, but she and her daughter made me a beautiful cup with pictures of my daughter and I that truly meant the world.

Tina is a hard worker, and very caring of all around her. Her strengths in caring, and sharing with the people around her will transfer into a classroom. She will show empathy and tough love that the student population she works with many times need.

Response 2: Your customer service is amazing.  You are always willing to help anyone and help diffuse situations by listening to the parents, teachers, and students.  Your organizational skills are really good and always meeting deadlines.  It is easy to find where you left off because you were so detailed.  It was a blessing to work with you.

Response 3: Taking initiative.

You have always impressed us and I spire us to love unconditionally. If there's anyone that needs help you are the first to help without questions asked often putting yourself last to see someone else smile.

You have an amazing ability to organize huge events. You have put together countless Bday parties for your God Son when I desperately needed you without you knowing you just knew we needed it.

Compassion and Drive.

You have been in your profession which seems like forever and I don't know anyone who puts as much positive energy to make a difference every day then you. You are very vocal with your ideas. The wheels are always spinning on how you can make things go smoother or work through a difficult change.

Response 4:

I cannot recall where I have not seen you at your best, but I have witnessed you excell in everything you put your mind to. Something that was exceptionally noticed was your ability to communicate effectively and multitask despite the chaotic nature of your position. Your willingness to assist various departments and patiently train new staff into knowledgeable, assertive, efficient clerks is a reflection of your experience and professionalism.

A strength I will acknowledge is your ability to ask questions. You are thorough in finding answers and apply yourself. The affect you had on your colleagues prior to transitioning into the teaching position is long-lasting and doesn't go unnoticed. It was no surprise you advanced so quickly.

I applauded you for taking the role and know you would be as much of a role model to our students as you were with your co-workers.
