KINE-3350 Reflection paper

You will have an opportunity to participate in an outreach activity in partnership with Dr. Kyrah Brown’s research initiative and the Dallas County Ryan White Foundation. Students will have the opportunity to be part of a research team that is aimed at analyzing the comprehensive community needs assessment for the HIV/AIDS population. The class will be split into teams and each group will be given a certain section of the assessment to analyze. We will then prepare a final presentation and short one-page document aimed at the community based on your interpretation of the data. Students will also be required to volunteer at one of the multiple Ryan White sites in the community and then reflect on their experiences. More information will be given out during class
