Reflection Journal (CO-5,6)
The material covered in this course often requires additional time to process and reflect upon. As you process
what you are learning via class lectures, readings, discussions, and experiences at the end of each week,
write 1 page reflecting upon your relationships and how the course content relates to your life
experiences. For each entry, please include the date and any relevant topics/readings on which you are basing your
reflection If desired, you may refer to the Parrott and Parrott textbook reflection questions as a guide
to get you started. The following format should be followed:
