I have watched a video on ATI and answer this following question:

In addition to the five rights of delegation, name two additional factors the RN should consider before delegating to an AP and LPN. Name three tasks an RN can delegate to an LPN. Name three task an RN can delegate to an AP.

I gave answer to the question above.

I watched another video again where the experts mention all the delegations for both AP and LPN.

The expert now reply to me that I should write a reflection. This is the question you are to write 150 – 200 reflection on.
