REFLECTION/APPLICATION ESSAY

Provide a specific example (or 2) of how this class has contributed to you becoming more effective as a person and/or as a future leader.  A “fly-by” generic, vague response (e.g., “I need to communicate better.”  “I need to understand people better.”) will be considered “blowing it.” 

A personal, specific, serious “why” response should garner all 40 points.  By specific I mean identifying a specific model or concept from the class (readings, lecture video, discussion, cases, teammates), describing what you learned, and explaining how it will improve your thinking or behavior.

Your answer should be no less than a half page and no more than 1.5 pages (typical submission is 3/4 to a full page). Papers are to be single spaced, double spaced between paragraphs, 12 point font, 1 inch margins, well proofread.

There are many topics we covered but the trick is not to cover as many as you can.  Rather select the most significant take-aways you have from the class and discuss them in depth.
