A key component of learning is reflection; that is, taking time to think about what was learned, what went right, what went wrong, and how an experience has changed your understanding of the topic or content area.

The final step in the PBL process is assessment and reflection.

The expected learning outcomes for this course are the following:

1. Critique leadership aspects of real-world situations from the perspective of the Virtuous Business Model.

2. Distinguish among current leadership theories including servant leadership

3. Appraise change management situations to determine specific leadership elements and appropriate best practices.

4. Assess success factors for leadership within a global team environment.

5. Assess potential ethical leadership solutions using the Virtuous Business Model.

Individual Doctoral Project Assessment

1. Review the rubric to make sure you understand the criteria for earning your grade. Note: Using proper APA formatting is required for this assignment.

2. Individually, write a brief essay (750-word limit) reflecting on the following:

a. What did you learn from the course that will help you prepare for your doctoral project?

b. What would you, personally, do differently?

c. How do you intend to apply your learning to your doctoral project?

3. This is a personal reflection in which references are not required. If references are used, limit them to no more than two.
