· Project Management o I have successfully completed (3) projects as a project manager. One project, the Letter of Authorization project, saw 10,000 accounts brought into organizational compliance after my employer purchased a competitor. This project required the verification of 10,000 physician licenses, their addresses, contact information, and a signed letter authorizing pharmaceutical responsibility. This project was successfully completed in a limited timeframe after experiencing increasing and significant setbacks by (2) other project managers. In a subsequent project, I oversaw the implementation of new, internal, software programs. In this project I (with other managers) supervised the training of new and current employees across multiple departments as the business sought to expand the roles and responsibilities of its employees using a standardized software.

At Cardinal Health, this has come in the form of instructional aides for several SPD teams, including: the allocations team, AMI team, billing team, dropship team, implementations team, returns team, and transportation team. These guides have assisted other employees in maximizing their usage of Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, Microsoft Office suite, CMIR tables, and various other internal software. These guides have routinely been provided in various forms, using Microsoft Suite and video. In addition, I have previously worked with some employees as a mentor.
· Process Improvement Modeling o I am an experienced lean, six-sigma yellow belt with previous successful process improvement modeling projects. One such task I was given involved simplify a billing process. After adding new Excel functionality to the process, the billing team achieved a 400% increase in productivity. This singular change to the business process would later earn me a promotion to the role of project manager. In a separate incident, I had completed a process model of a project that was failing and was subsequently given control of the project. Implementing model improvements corrected the failing project and the project finished on time.
