Recruitment reflective report

The purpose of the recruitment report is to encourage students to reflect on the recruitment process. Students should provide a detailed description of how they approached the selection process. As opposed to providing a single point in time post-hoc analysis, students should compile their reflections throughout the recruitment process. The report should detail the overall employment strategy devised by the student including the planning phase, CV preparation, company background research, interview preparation, post-interview reflection and learning gained.
