c. Craft the deliverable addressing each of the items listed above.

d. Reflect on what you have produced. Does the deliverable you have produced truly demonstrate your capabilities? If you are not proud of this work, take more time and refine/polish it.

Your deliverable for this week is a Potential Recommendations based on your work to date. The following are the criteria you should use as you craft your recommendation:

· Recommendations logically relate to the strategic issues you identified in your analysis.

· Recommendations address the opportunities and threats outlined in your contextual analysis.

· For internal projects, recommendations leverage the internal strengths of the organization in question, and they minimize the influence of the organization’s weaknesses.

· For external projects, recommendations leverage the opportunities presented by underserved niches and communities and they minimize the influence and impacts of competitors.

· Recommendations are feasible.

Your recommendations should contain the following elements: Summary of your problem or opportunity definition.

1. A list of possible recommendation alternatives. In this section, you are not yet at the point of suggesting the best set of recommendations, but you are trying to be creative and explore all the different ways that the problem or opportunity might best be addressed. You need to produce a list of alternatives among which you will choose your final recommendations.

2. Describe each feasible recommendation and your initial thinking about the reasons why each is acceptable.

3. Refine the metrics introduced and explain how they would measure success.
